Potato Ham Casserole
Description:
I made this one night when I didn't have a lot of meat but had a lot of potatos. You can leave out the meat if you like or put different meat in it. It is just a basic recipe that you can add what you like. I usually throw cheese in the sauce.
Ingredients:
6 to 8 Par boiled Potatoes (I like red potatoes and if you cut them thin you don't have to par boil but I like them chunky and just broken up after they are boiled.)
1/2 to 1 Stick Butter
Flour
1 Cup Cheese
Couple of cups Milk
Ham
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan or glass dish
Put your butter in a sauce pan and melt
Add about three or four tablespoons of flour and stir until smooth. Add milk a little at a time and stir until it gets thick. Add your cheese or any seasonings you like. I usually just add cracked pepper and salt as seasoning.

Add your sauce to your ham and potatoes and bake in a 350 degree oven until brown and bubbly on top. Anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes depending on your dish and how many potatoes you use.
