Been awhile
If you are wondering what all the blogs with comments already downloaded are they are my blogs from Multiply I moved here because Multiply closed. I was blogging at Yahoo 360 and they closed. I have loyally followed my friends from blog spot to blog spot. I think I was one of the first to move to Multiply who constantly changed their platform until people stopped blogging. I designed some really fun backgrounds over there for which I had to learn some html. It is not one of my favorite things, html, but it was a learning lesson.
I like Blogger immensely but for some reason no one ever chooses to come to blogger. So I'm thinking maybe if I have some time I will blog here anyway.
I have a husband who is semi-retired. A step son who is 45 this year. A step daughter who is 48 this year, a daughter who will be 31 and a grandson, my only grandchild who just turned 8.
There are so many projects I would like to do I don't have time for them all. I have been taking old journals and planners and making them into altered books. When my mother passed two years ago I inherited her photos. We even have some really old things like civil war letters which I have put in archival books. I may look for a museum to see if they might want these things eventually.
The last of the photos, some that have been copied and given us, some original are just random and I am putting them in these books.
My husband feels like life is passing him by if we are not constantly moving and doing it together. I got up all full of inspiration for doing some scrapping and he wants to go in our camper and wander around for the weekend....sigh...so much for projects. I do love him and want to make him happy so I will use the two day trip as a photo shoot opportunity and potential scrapping in the future.
We had a tree fall. The wind was so strong it blew it over. It was hollow in the center. This is so weird because it had full leaves every summer so we didn't know it was dying. My son in law is coming tomorrow to cut it up.
And my latest project which I am about five photos from having done.
